CONFERENCE WEBSITE FLIER
A bold, information-rich flyer designed to promote the annual tech conference organized by final year Computer Engineering students — highlighting the event theme, date, guest speakers, and key activities.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Institution
Client :
Futo student
Project Duration :
1 week

Problem :
The event team needed a visually compelling flyer to attract attention and communicate the key details of their tech conference to students, faculty, and invited guests. It had to feel innovative and exciting while remaining easy to read at a glance.

Solution :
I designed a high-contrast, layered layout using bold typography and sharp visual hierarchy to make the event title and date pop while structuring the rest of the content in digestible blocks. The design incorporated the university colors and tech-themed elements to reinforce the subject matter.

Challenge :
Balancing creativity with clarity was the biggest challenge — especially when fitting a large amount of information (like speakers, agenda, and sponsors) into a single flyer without overcrowding. I had to carefully manage spacing, contrast, and visual rhythm.
Summary :
The flyer successfully generated buzz around the event both online and offline. It was shared across student groups and printed for display around campus — contributing to strong turnout and positive reception from the audience and faculty.
